It’s really just asking visual artists (professionals and hobbyists alike) about the websites they use for their art. Any kind of visual artist can complete it (e.g. painter, illustrator, montages, photo manipulation etc), it doesn’t ask about any personal information and it can be completed in about 2 minutes
